About Conference

To increase student accountability and autonomy concerning academics and their habits of work and learning, this conference aims to provide students with the opportunity to reflect on and demonstrate their learning and sharpen up student verbal communication and critical thinking skills.

Learning Objective

The student is the main player of the student led conference. Teachers guide the students through the conference process and help the students to prepare so that they are able to

• Reflect on learning
• Deepen their understanding of themselves
• Demonstrate independence and be empowered
• Foster pride and develop ownership of personal goals and achievements

Target Participants

The conference is intended to all students pursuing management education from JBS and other B-schools at the post graduate and at the undergraduate level. Other students interested in the field can also apply.

Learning Outcomes

• The teacher acts as a facilitator during the student led conference.
• Students will lead the conference using a prepared agenda.
• Students will write a reflection of their experience later.
