It's a matter of great delight to welcome Dr. Shantanu Kumar Biswas (Ph.D. (HRM), MBA, LLB) as a new HR Faculty of JBS, Noida Family. Dr. Biswas has vast experience of working in two Core Sectors of the Indian Industry.He is known to depict higher degree to tolerance and forbearance in handling difficult situation. He has been acted as a catalyst in shaping HR policies, maintained cordial human relations, carried out various welfare activities and had been a source of motivation for young officers in the Corporation.
