Rohan Jugran: Rohan is an accomplished executive with over 12 years of expertise in Revenue Management, Distribution Strategies, Go-To-Market strategies, Business Development, and business forecasting. He has a rich history of working with renowned brands like ITC, IHG, and Yatra. At ITC, he was instrumental in overseeing revenue management and distribution strategies, including effective pricing and inventory management to maximize revenue opportunities. He also ensured the alignment of the brand’s omnichannel presence. Additionally, Rohan was a key member of the core team at The Everest Hotel in Nepal, playing a pivotal role in its launch and global marketing in 2019.
Objective/Abstract of the talk:
Jaypee Business school organized a Live expert session on “AI-enabled Simulation for Interactive Learning & Assessments,” aimed at bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world applications, fostering growth and competence. The speaker, Mr. Rohan Jugran discussed an immersive learning experience that enhances decision-making, strategic thinking, and teamwork. These tools help participants apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, improve communication skills, and familiarize themselves with AI-driven systems. Additionally, instructor-led features enable tailored guidance, progress tracking, and scenario customization, making simulations a powerful tool for skill development and real-world application.
The talk was very inspiring for the faculties with numerous examples from real life situations. Participants thoroughly enjoyed and learnt from the candid and detailed talk.
