MDP on Leading for Business Excellence during
MDP on Leading for Business Excellence during March 16-18, 2023.
On the third day of MDP,
Session 1 - was conducted by Prof. Sunil Bhatia to guide the participants and motivate them to become successful leaders. He talked about the various categories of team members which are non-believers, believers and change agents and these members can raise the bar of their performance via employee engagement. Session 2 - was taken by Dr. Ruby S. Malhotra, who gave all the participants an opportunity to share their "My personal-best experience of leadership" . They also talked about the major attributes which they would like to develop for themselves to become exemplary leaders and presented their possible action plan on the basis of key takeaways from various sessions conducted in the MDP.
The Valedictory session was conducted by Prof. Dr. Rajnish Kumar Misra, who gave a closure to the MDP by motivating each participant by making realise that each one of us has a Leader in Us and expected them to implement the learnings on a day to day basis to become a successful leader. The session ended with Prof. Misra and Prof. Sunil Bhatia presented the certificates and mementoes to the participants.
