The objective of the Case Study Analysis Workshop conducted by Jaypee Business School for MBA students was to enhance their analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills by providing a structured framework to evaluate complex business scenarios. The workshop aimed to:

  1. Equip students with practical tools and techniques to analyze case studies effectively.
  2. Foster critical thinking and strategic reasoning by engaging students in real-world business dilemmas.
  3. Enhance their ability to identify key issues, evaluate alternatives, and propose actionable solutions in a collaborative learning environment

Speaker Profile: Dr. Shikha Bhardwaj, Assistant Professor, MDP Chair – IIM Sambalpur

Dr. Shikha Bhardwaj. Currently holding a prestigious position at IIM Sambalpur, Dr. Bhardwaj is a renowned expert in the field of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources. With a Ph.D. in Management, M.Sc. in Industrial Psychology, and a PGDM in HR, Dr. Bhardwaj brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Her over 18 years of dedication to research, teaching, training, and consultancy have made significant contributions to the field.

A certified Psychometric Trainer, Train the Trainer Expert, and Entrepreneur Educator, Dr. Bhardwaj’s expertise is widely recognized. Her impactful research, focusing on cross-cultural sensitivities, work dynamics, entrepreneurial behavior, emotional intelligence, and contemporary HR practices, has been published in esteemed national and international journals. Dr. Bhardwaj's influence extends beyond academia. She has been instrumental in shaping the future of leadership through her training programs for various career stages.
