JBS organized Podcast Masters From Classroom to Studio
The first round of JBS Podcast Masters was conducted on February 4, 2026 for MBA 1st Year students. Designed as an experiential and competitive learning initiative, the event aimed to enhance communication skills, analytical thinking, teamwork, and industry awareness through professional-style podcast creation.
Participants worked in pairs (Host–Guest format) and developed short podcast episodes on contemporary management themes such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Communication, and Emerging Technologies. Teams were evaluated on clarity of content, originality, depth of analysis, articulation, time management, and overall presentation style. The judging panel appreciated the innovative approaches and effective integration of real-world business examples.

- 4th Position: Anjali Chowdhary & Niyasha; Anurag & Abhinav Sharma
For the Final Round, the winning teams’ podcast recordings will be conducted in a professional studio setting, providing students with hands-on exposure to a real-world podcast production environment.
Looking ahead, JBS will also host a special interactive session featuring influencer Neharika Sharma, who will share inputs on relevant career and industry topics thus, enriching students’ learning experience and digital communication skills.
