Day 4 (13/7/23)- Competency Development Program organized by Jaypee Business School.
The First and Second sessions by Dr. Rajnish Kumar Misra focused on "Structured Equation Modelling" and discussed how SEM is related to path analysis and Confirmatory factor analysis. He also explained how SEM explores measured variables, establishes a measurement model linking latent variables to their indicators and investigates the relations among latent variables in the form of a structural model.
