Speaker’s name and brief profile:
Mr. Pranav Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of expertise in compliance management, due diligence, project funding, restructuring, business setup in India, growth strategy, and HR compliance, serving startups, SMEs, foreign companies, and PSUs. A commerce and law graduate with a Fellow membership of ICSI, New Delhi, and a Master’s Diploma in Business Administration (Finance and Marketing), he is the founder and director of Alacrity Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a firm providing comprehensive corporate, legal, and management consulting services to enterprises. Known for empathetic, tailored solutions in complex scenarios, he is also a management consultant at Drishtee Dot Com Ltd., advising on HR, accounting, fundraising, company law, and FEMA matters. A guest faculty at institutions like ICAI, ICSI, and MDI, Mr. Kumar has appeared on TV as an expert on law, finance, and entrepreneurship. An active social worker and member of ICSI, AIMA, PHDCCI, and DMA, he is recognized for his leadership and extensive skills in legal compliance, financial accounting, corporate finance, and global regulatory compliance.
Objective of the talk:
Objective of this session was to talk on the critical role of ethics and compliance in business, emphasizing their importance in fostering trust, sustainability, and long-term growth. He highlighted how adherence to ethical practices and regulatory frameworks not only safeguards organizations from legal risks but also strengthens their reputation and stakeholder relationships. By integrating compliance into corporate culture, businesses can navigate complex challenges while maintaining integrity and accountability.
