Biography

Mrs. Manisha Dawar is currently serving as Assistant Professor (Professor of Practice) at Jaypee Business School, guiding students on business communication and corporate skills development. Prior to this assignment she was working as Associate Director – Safety & Projects at InterGlobe Aviation. She was involved in handling safety standards for cabin operations across IndiGo network, mentoring inflight staff including cabin crew on safety standards and crew welfare. She was actively involved in designing and implementing of Safety Management System and Quality Control at Inflight services where she used data analysis to monitor regulatory standards and safety performance. She used principals of digitalization (BRD and UAT) to develop digital platforms that enhanced reporting system, managed quality control program, electronic check-in for cabin crew, electronic document repository etc.. Her career at aviation includes collaboration with multiple international airlines for effective wet lease programs. Apart from safety standards and digitalization, her expertise lies in documentation of manuals and designing of processes. She was involved in industry research and published quarterly safety journals for Cabin Operations at IndiGo.
