Biography

Dr. Divya Sharma is an experienced academic and corporate professional with over eleven years of expertise in teaching, research, and industry engagement. She is a certified POSH Trainer and ICC Consultant and served as a Former Associate Editor of the JIMS 8M Indian Journal of Management (Web of Science indexed). She has also been regularly engaged as a Resource Person for various Management Development Programmes (MDPs) conducted by academic and corporate institutions. A significant project in her portfolio includes leading the Competency Mapping and Individual Development Plan (IDP) initiative for employees of NSPCL, a joint venture of NTPC and SAIL. Dr. Sharma has received “Best Research Paper” awards at International Conferences on Management Cases and has published in reputed international outlets, including Inderscience, IGI Global, and Case Centres.
